African Women, Don’t Be a Mammy for Empire

“They only got to where they are today by a complete rejection of not only their own people, but all poor and oppressed peoples.”

“Although we are in essential agreement with Marx’s theory as it applied to the very specific economic relationships he analyzed, we know that his analysis must be extended further in order for us to understand our specific economic situation as Black women.”

Several months ago after the 2018 mid election I made a comment about Stacey Abrams in which it seemed she was apparently being postured to be rewarded a higher position. She was interviewed by a MSCM host you might recall where she suddenly became a target for a Biden position. Before Biden had even made a commitment to run. You might remember a number of post at that time of mine on the Greg Palast coverage of the Georgia elections where voters were being purged from the voting list, vastly by the illegal interstate cross checking scheme. If you click on her name in the article it will take you to an article from The Intercept exposing another crime within gerrymandering she can be tied to during that election.

{No one in the Georgia House publicly objected at the time, and the bill passed unanimously.

But when the bill, HB 566, arrived in the Georgia Senate, legislators and activists noticed that the maps appeared to be redrawn in a deliberate attempt to section off African-American voters in swing districts, entrenching several white Republicans in crucial seats.}

With little to no coverage by the MSCM on the cross check scandal mixed with the above, removing Abrams from the arena now dictates the new silence of these crimes and how the current republican attempts to change voting laws will play out. In other words. Her new silence is a sell out for a higher position? Sure, democrats managed a thin victory last year. But the 2 people the democrats picked up in seats aren't going to sway any major victories for us. And precautions are already in the works to go backwards.
