Instead of a number perhaps a percentage of the population. Also, FDR was president during WWII. How would all the deaths during that time count? It's funny that Nixon is no. 1. So much for being a peaceful Quaker. 'W' as the sixth best. Even a dullard could see the partisanship in that one.

Isn't it a case of the first death was a mistake or accident, the second a crime? %ages therefore are irrelevant it's the principle that counts.
I see many things here that I deem as correct. I am also aware that it is all point of view.

Genghis Khan & Hitler are only points of view regarding the total number of deaths caused.
I'd like to see what role MSCM played in helping to create these injustices and hidden history. What/when the time line came where the ruling elite with their public relation firms, NGO's, and think tanks began to manipulate the world interactions of these travesties.
The fact is that we basically began interfering in other countries almost immediately after "winning" our freedom.
