Using War to Assault Freedom
Most judges and lawyers agree that the war on drugs in the past 50 years has seriously diminished the right to privacy guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.
Now a small group of legal academics is arguing that the war in Ukraine should be used to diminish property rights guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment.
{When the feds seize a yacht from a person whom they claim may have financed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s rise to power, they are doing so in direct violation of the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.
As well, when the feds interfere with contract rights by prohibiting compliance with lawful contracts, that, too, implicates due process and can only be done constitutionally after a jury verdict in the government’s favor, at a trial at which the feds have proved fault.}
And where are the judicial lines of territorial rights at in this regard? What fed, who's fed, international waters when it comes to open seas. What fault? Surely the very same manufactured faults can also apply to western oligarchs. Quite frankly, a fair number of western politicians also in regards to oligarchy ownership of these politicians in regards to how they fund the making of laws and chaos in other countries that eventually leads to war or death causing sanctions. And to deflect any of the cancel culture Russophobia now poisoning the world before hand, I have no empathy for oligarchs in any capitalist country that possess a profound amount of money and property while vast amounts of the world citizenry struggle just to get by. While some 30,000 a day die due merely to the westernized global structure to further their profitable capitalist system.
Another concern is the transfer of energy control. With the cancel culture attack on Russia and their diminishing worldwide energy support, prices will continue to rise as Russia's exports continue to diminish. European countries are already defaulting on Russian payments, they aren't going to keep transporting energy for free. This is nothing short of the oil crisis we faced when western governments had Saudi oil production maximize their outputs to purposely bury Iran and Venezuela in debt. The US has created a condition it will vastly benefit from in this regard as a new major exporter of the types of energy that especially Europe, India, and Africa needs. Turning back the already lame efforts of going green, with rising cost to the citizens. How long do you think these citizens who are already protesting against inflation will put up with this newly developed US domination over energy paying even more for the distant imports. In some cases new facilities to change type of energy use.
Either the European governments have already been considering this (chess checkers here again?) and plan to benefit personally in stocks, risking further citizen discontent, or our oligarchy structure has persuaded the US government into going rouge against the world structure risking further views of separation that are already existing worldwide that began during the Trump administration.
Russians Cancelled----European crusade against Russians
Russophobic sentiment is growing as Russian people residing in the West face verbal abuse, insults and are even physically threatened. No matter where they work or what they do, many Russians get their share of harassment. Russian truckers have their tires slashed, Russian students notice their grades dropping for no reason, and some just get yelled at on the street. Even small children at school become targets. However, there are people in the European community who are standing up against such behavior. They are convinced that a lot of the Russophobia is happening because the Western media is providing one-sided coverage of the events. They believe that conflicts are better resolved through communication rather than building walls. Is it possible?
