Yea, I don't know if this is as big as it's being made out to be. I'm somewhat surprised this program has been going on since the 80's though. Being computers were just beginning to break out for internet use. If you didn't know this shit was already happening, you've had your head in the sand and or totally blissfully complicit as a slave to the system. I'd go into my rant about cellphones if I had time. But in short, they know just about everything about you from your cellphone alone. That includes corporations. If you use your cellphone as an alarm, for example, to get up for work in the morning, they know that. Following your shopping, so they know what kind of coffee you drink. What time you leave for work and any stops you make on the way. Dunkin Donuts? They have a profile on everyone today. Hell, they just had a guy on NPR today talking about the system in the LA police squads that send data to a source to profile people. It's a new system which can track you past movements over a period of years. I already knew they had this technology. If your ever close to a cop car listen for the chirping. That's the system taking pictures of the license plates going by. If it catches a plate of a suspect it alarms the officer, others it sends into a data base. I guess this new one would be the old on steroids.
