How $1.8 Billion in Unregulated Digital Ads Could Sway Midterms

[truthout.org]

(Too few pundits and politicians, however, are connecting these dots. An opportunity to have a crucial public debate over fairness in elections in the digital age is being wasted. )

Gee, you don't think that's because the pundits he is talking about are working for the benefit of those politicians. Because it sure the hell isn't the independent sources that haven't been connecting the dots! They've been all but beating the population upside the head with 2X4's with warnings! For at least 2 or 3 election cycles. Don't get me wrong. I understand foreign governments have an interest in our elections. Quite frankly, rightfully so! Look at the manor we serve out the same poison. My problem is more on the managed perception our media and politicians are using on us. If we didn't have that entity already working on us we could easily filter out that coming from other foreign governments. But many of us, especially those relying solely on MSM are already hardwired to be victims. What was the issue during the 2016 election cycle coming from foreign governments? In the very few actual cases found of a political nature, it was truth. Truths our politicians don't want you to know to develop your opinion weighing towards who you are going to vote for.

MSM? Please don't use acronyms without explaining it.
