Venezuela: Why is Maduro Still in Power?

[venezuelanalysis.com]

[“The people are not defending Maduro; they are defending the possibility of being able to continue improving not just their economic situation but their lives in general.

Pino agrees: “The people who continue to support Maduro understand that it's Maduro [in these] circumstances … who is the current leader of the civic-military process.

“The right doesn't understand this; they don’t understand that what is in dispute here is not Maduro but a project.”]

Do you remember the video of Max Blumenthal at the mall? He went looking for socialism. He found capitalism. Chavez brought poverty drastically down with a mix of socialism and capitalism. He gave the rich and the corporations a means to benefit also, but they weren't happy with that. He expanded wealth but the elite want it all. So the elite began to hoard and stop production which started what we see today.

Any one dares try to tell me that Venezuela is not being attacked by the US and it's crew is sorely misinformed.
