More than 70 years ago was the start of the greatest slaughter in history.
Essentially relevant to todays westernized countries working with terrorist groups and opposition to democratically elected governments using the World Bank and IMF. As you get a sense of the cycle the gold and money went through in that era, Iraq and Libya might come to mind. What happen to all their gold and money? For there was much! Now these 2 once flourishing countries are now insanely poor and riddled with strife where only a few reap the rewards of intervention. Libya with open slave markets and a terrorist hot spot for a safety zone, so to speak.
My father took a chance years ago and bought a few tens of thousands of Iraqi Dinar. It's worth less than toilet paper.
Let me be clear. He spent only a few hundred dollars to get tens of thousands worth of Iraqi Dinar. I doubt it, but maybe one day it will be revalued and I'll be able to buy a nice house lol
