Blackouts & technical debt
In this episode of the Keiser Report, Max and Stacy discuss the ‘technical debt’ time-bomb threatening infrastructure across America: from water to sewage to electric to roads and bridges, it has been corporations, investors and taxpayers who have refused to pay to maintain the infrastructure over the decades. They also talk about Kingston, NY, the city preparing for economic collapse by going local. In the second half, Max talks to Gerald Celente of TrendsResearch.com about life in Kingston, as the movement toward localism continues to flourish. They also discuss the future for California where blackouts, homelessness and medieval diseases are on the rise.
Another great discussion with Max and Stacey, then with Max and Gerald Celente.
Blackouts would boost private solar power and battery back-up power. It helps to slow down climate change. No public water supply? People will collect chlorine free water in water-tanks from the roof. Chlorine free water won't kill your micro-biotic system that is needed for good health. Sewage? Poop from healthy humans is ideal to grow fruits and vegies. It is much better food than fast food. The economic collapse could be ideal for progressive people but would be a problem for people that cannot adapt to it.
Those are some interesting thoughts. And they are considering options on much of that.
I have been reading his apopolyptic views for many years. One of these decades he will be right.
He's usually about a decade ahead of his predictions.
