Yes, and it’s via the direct initiative, referendum and recall (DIR&R) that citizens, acting on behalf of justice, will protect everyone’s equal right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Are you in one of the 18 states whose voters now have the DIR&R? Or are you in one of the 32 states who elect people who can become your predators?

Neither! I'm in Australia which does not have a bill of rights. Some states claim to have one but they are only fit for use as toilet paper.

I’ve read most of the South African constitution. Its being more recent, parts of it are better for South Africa’s people than the corresponding parts of America’s constitution are for Americans.
