Do you see all forms of capitalism as equally problematic?
I ask because I want employees to own the companies they work for. I don’t want the government to own everything. What say you?
@yvilletom workers truly owning the companies they work for is not capitalism at all. It is anarchosyndicalism and I am all in favor of it.
Profit sharing is just a capitalist relief valve. It allows top down exploitative heirarchical rule to still exist, while providing a small pittance to workers to make things seem equitable. It's tripe, and poorly cooked at that.
Anarchosyndicalism would be non-heirarchical, horizontally oriented, with revocable authority, by workers councils and possibly women's councils. It is based on small autonomous collectives and communes bound together in voluntary federation.
