If the birth control fails, and the woman is not prepared for the pregnancy or child rearing she has the absolute obligation to terminate the pregnancy. It's an enhanced ID. You are going to need to have the equivalent of a passport to fly starting in the fall of next year. Many poorer people do not have the ability to access these documents. Some people are out there still, I am sure, born at home and don't even have a birth certificate. I think it would be a worthy volunteer agency to help people with this.

I've visited DC a few times, trying to negotiate the the confusing street layout was worse than the beltway, which I found comparable to ATL in many ways. But typically I will catch one of the Metros into town and do lots of walking. If I go back I would probably look into renting a bike or something like that.
