Is there a correlation between being a true atheist and abolishing the monogamous lifestyle?
seattlepanda comments on Apr 15, 2019:
A post-christian society is one in which fewer and fewer people believe, but the christian values are so imbued that they live on. I used to think a community of non-believers would take to behaving as our fellow large mammals. Not the case.

seattlepanda comments on Apr 6, 2019:
Well, I can tell you this. I am in a similar situation where, for one reason or another, I am 65 years old and barely get by on SocSec and p-t job. I house-share, and my needs/wants are very simple. So I am content on what I earn(for now). I have no desire or intention of living on my(future)woman. I intend to cost-share. If WE decide WE want more, WE can decide how WE, together, will go about having it. Thinking as myself, I may advise giving him the benefit of the doubt, until he indicates this is impractical. Good luck, Stephanie :)
