I would like to know more about how we view ourselves.

I don't want to set guidelines for responses, but I hope they are more constructive or positive as opposed to self depreciating or negative.

If you wouldn't mind, could you use three words to describe how you see yourself?

Feel free to explain as little or as much why you chose those three descriptors.

I'll start. I view myself as...

nerdy/intelligent (mainly social sciences), compassionate/empathetic, ambivert (some days more extroverted and some days more introverted, but a mix of both overall)

Hyperactive, and can't concentrate.

Pedantic. That's why you have to have these as well.

Resilient: I recover very slowly, and usually not completely.

  • stoic (logic over emotion, accept things as they are, do what's right over personal interest)
  • introverted (not shy but no interest in the spotlight, need lots of quiet time to myself)
  • philosophical (attempt comprehensive/holistic contemplation of the world re ethics, psychology, sociology, anthropology, natural sciences, literature and the arts, etc., and what all of that tells us about the world and our place in it)
