Last night we lost Jack, he was the best kitty I have ever had. He showed up at our back door about 2004 and has stayed by my side ever since. Feral and the most polite cat I have seen. He joined us and though male never took a place over the other cats we have had since. Nine others when he came to our door, then up to 11 and now we have 5. He will be missed, and written about. He is one of the characters in the book I am writing.
Vale Jack. He lives on in your thoughts & writings.
Sorry for your loss. It is never easy to lose a furbaby.
I hate the process of seeing anything die. I hate the experience every time we lose one of our kids, but we keep finding those who need a place and we enjoy having them give us their love more. We will get another kitty or two and we will give them the love they deserve.
It is hard when you lose a kitty. Last time I had a cat die, I cried. Tommi was such a great cat. But the way I look at it, I gave that little abandoned kitten that had about 0 chance of survival in the cold winter the best life she could have!

Posted by Dave375Look at this beautiful cat. Only thing that's keeping me sane. I get unlimited attention whether I desire it or not.
