You're 100% right. Munchie is afraid of shoes. He will actively avoid them and his tail goes poofy if one shows up when he doesn't expect it. I have no idea why.
Yep. My current cat sits and watches me run the vacuum cleaner. Only cat I've EVER seen who isn't afraind of vacuum cleaners.
