US Constitution - heard an interesting fact last night. Notice the opening phrase of the US Constitution especially the words before liberty. Sort of like the 2nd amendment; people give more precedence to the 2nd part instead of the first. ” "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of ...” Notice the words before the word ‘liberty.’
