These employers are butt hurt because potential employees are treating them exactly how they have treated employees for decades. Boo fricken hoo, you reap what you sow!!

The minimum wage has been kept low because it’s also a good excuse to pay all the rest of us shit. Our productivity has grown with technology and they keep trying to get away with giving us less of the profits of that labor.
I was given a “promotion” in June but have yet to see any increase in pay while I have seen a huge increase in expected output. I’m getting really close to joining the movement.
