Judge in Kyle Rittenhouse case considering calling a mistrial.
If he does, he can declare a mistrial with prejudice, meaning Rittenhouse can't be tried again.
So, I wonder what the judge will do - seems he has been backing Rittenhouse from the outset.

Plenty of grounds for appeal already and an obviously prejudiced mistrial is even more. It's also an invitation to the feds to bring civil rights charges.
