Not a lawyer but it looks to me that Rittenhouse can be prosecuted under18 U.S. Code § 2101 - Riots ( [law.cornell.edu] and that his testimony in his state trial is an admission of guilt.

Where is the DOJ and the Civil Rights Division ? I am not a Lawyer either ( although I play one on TV ) but I would say Shooting and Murdering someone is Violating their Civil Rights .
