Yep. I just finished an Op-Ed piece in the NY Times that discussed that and how this is to punish women for having sex for any reason other than precreation. Words escape me.
@MizJ even though they are OK with men having sex for just any reason. It's lunacy.
@MizJ I truly am gobsmacked that in 2022, we women are having to deal with these religious beliefs! These people don’t seem to know that it was the Founders of this Country that wrote the Constitution not any apostle! And since we are supposed to be a secular Country the bill of rights were added not the fucking Ten Commandments! I was taught the Founders intent was for us all to have freedom of religion, not be controlled by religion! I was taught we have a Democracy not a theocracy, but these religious groups seem to believe they are a political party! How do we stop this crap?????

@Redheadedgammy @JonnaBononna Democracy?! Until we overturn Citizens United and the related decisions we do NOT have a democracy. Our candidates are chosen by dark money and that dark money's agenda.
@Redheadedgammy I only one or two of our "founding fathers" were even Christian. Most were destroyed. Hell, Jefferson even rewrote to Bible to make it more to his liking lol
