LINK Judge strikes down 1931 Michigan law criminalizing abortion
Just think about this. 1931. That's 9 years from being a century old law.
Women were seeking abortions nearly a hundred years ago and it's still pissing off angry white men in government.
I can't even imagine being outraged for an entire day yet these guys back in the '30s passed their rage on for some 4\5 generations.
I'm certain there are outliers. Newbies to the outrage, but it takes some serious commitment, by certain people, to completely fall in line as their forefathers did, to keep women under their thumbs.
It's really quite stunning.
But this Judge said, "Yeah. NOPE!!!"
One Judge at time. Any good news is appreciated.
