I love the fact you posted this alarm but hate the news itself. I saw this news on Rachel Maddow. It is infuriating and horrifying. Do you know how the Supreme Court split on it? I'm guessing 5/4? What a travesty of supposed democracy! I am appalled so much of America seems perfectly eager to hand away it's bedrock democratic principles and rights for the sake of momentary partisan gain. I've read far too much about the history of the rise of fascism in Germany not to see the terrifying parallels.

It was horrifyingly a 6-2 vote. RBG came up with a great dissent though.
