In this case propagandization means being sold a bill of goods that says taxes can never be constructively spent for the good of a population and that massive concentated wealth in the hands of a very few is virtuous....as, of course, the mega-rich supposedly earned their wealth fair and square through hard work and industriousness, rather than the reality that it is mostly through inheritance and extortion and otherwise stealing. Evil crock of shit
