Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Well this appeals to two issues that are the main messages in our culture. 1) We should believe in the "free market and capitalism" and 2) we need to maintain white privilege. It is the Republican mantra and they have repeated these two themes since Reagan, (maybe before when you think back to Goldwater and McCarthy}. We may recognize "Trickle down" and "MAGA". Repeated over and over and over and ..... until some people believe.

Even if they get voted out, we do have establishment Dems who lean too right for my comfort. Even a centrist will not cut it. Only when money is out of politics can we expect the public serpents to work for us. #Bernie2020

@Closeted I am putting all my eggs in one basket for now and sticking with Bernie. The establishment does not like him and the media barely gives him a mention or show how well he is doing on the campaign trail. Instead, they toss us scraps like Biden who is not even in the race and Beto who talks nonsense much like Dump.
I will vote policy over party. If I do not align with the Dem nominee, I will vote Green once more. I know that Jill does not have a Super PAC and that she aligns with me more than establishment, centrist, right of center, corporate jockey jokers.
If we get Dump for another 4 years, I will blame the DNC and MSM.
The system is broken. Change is mandatory.
@Closeted I do agree with you in regard to us being damned to move from one party to another. If only the Green Party could advance itself to allow for a strong third. I liked Jill, but had no use for Johnson. Ralph Nader seems to have been a guy for the people, but the powers that be don’t want that. Dump is a sociopathic prick who should be locked away somewhere with his mouth sewn shut and fed only through a tube. I shouldn’t think like deSade as it is not becoming.
@Closeted Dump and Shill were both bad choices. I lost family over Dump and friends over Shill. Hey, I stood my ground. Much to everyon’s dismay, after the election of course, I was told it was people like me that got Dump elected. Nay, wanting a corporate Shill with a vajayjay to break the glass ceiling at the expense of an honest for the people politician is what got them Dump.
Shill was so bad, I don’t blame them. I would have done the same. ?
