I believe Bernie could beat Trump in the general election running as a Democrat, but not as an independent in the electoral college. Consider how much Trump has with his base still. He hasn't lost much support. He might win a couple of states at best as a third party candidate.

@dan325 read my letter dear Bernie's team please really try to kuvitds Bernie to run as a independent if Joe gets the nomination you should do this because it the only way to beat Trump. I believe that bidan will lose to Trump because he doesn't excited young people to get out to vote for him because he is against medacare for all, free public higher education and green new deal and there for they would stay home, vote for the green party or write in Bernie. Finally and most importantly Bidan is not melty able to be presented everytime he is on TV he has a hard time talking i think he has early damega that is what if Bidan gets the democrat party nomination Bernie has to run as a independent. from Chris Campbell

Biden, and whoever the DNC picks in August to replace him as the nominee, will never give more than lip service to Bernie regarding Bernie's policies. It's all a con to try and convince Bernie and his supporters to vote Blue this Nov.. I saw this four years ago and I didn't fall for it then. I sure as hell won't fall for it now, after seeing the party screw Bernie twice now...
