19 June 2019 - Diet Diary - Rained until late afternoon, no water aerobics, too cold. Changed bedding and ended up putting fuzzy sheets on again although I normally shift to regular by now. Couldn't face the idea of the cool, slick sheets quite yet, high today was in the mid 60's. If you want to switch from flannel sheets, don't change bedding on a cold day.

Made a pan of rhubarb sauce, artificial sweetener so low calorie. Unfortunately, got on computer while it was cooking and forgot all about it. The sauce was OK but the pan is a mess. I was shocked the sauce didn't taste burnt but it was fine, just scorched on bottom of the pan. It will likely take longer to clean that pan than to eat the sauce.

Had some issues yesterday with PCV's, which I have had occasionally for years but quite a few yesterday and BP went up. Not sure caffeine was involved but had coffee and a large diet coke so decided to limit it today. Decaf coffee at breakfast, no coke, etc and herb tea for warm drink in the evening. Didn't have any problem so will watch caffeine intake for a while, until the recent BP issues are resolved.

Today came out around 1250 I think. Got caught up in some things and ended up grabbing a couple things to eat that were not in the plan and were not measured out well. Not real concerned, the high/low/high pattern seems to work well in maintenance, which I'm very close to now.

Blood pressure seems to be a problem for you. My impression is that you are taking less exercise than previously - I don't mean things like aerobics but general activities like transforming your kitchen. Do you think that might affect it? I'm sure cutting down the caffeine will help, too!
