Currently I'm using Donovan Greens no excuses fitness book. It provides exercises for people they are sedentary and haven't exercised in a long time. It's a 30 day program and starts out with exercises straight from a chair. I'm beginning to hate chairs now. I'm on day 7. 23 more days to go. I also tend to do more exercise playing basketball after finishing this since I'm at the gym already anyway. This in combination with Iifym.com for a starting point on eating habits. After finishing this book and it becoming a well ingrained habit, I will start to discover more exercises. You can order this book for about 5 dollars online.
