Does anyone here enjoy geocaching? I find it a great way to get outside and do something other than just stroll around. The work that some people do in preparing and camouflaging the caches is ingenious and its almost a personal victory to find some of them. The added bonus is that it is something I can do without being in a group or otherwise having people around.

One of my grandsons is very keen. Seems a good idea to me - gets him outside and walking quite long distances on his searches.

Try Ingress... (by the same developer, Pokemon actually uses the Ingress database, which was built by players).

I enjoy for similar reasons, got my kids to do some with me as well. Fun stuff, lots of creative people out there with passion.

I have heard of it but never tried it. I can remember when I was younger a radio station had a deal like that and one of my sisters and I played for awhile and it was fun
