I work at a museum. It was an event were bugs were featured on the menu. I just couldn’t stop making jokes.

@Lauren I didn’t eat anything. I kept telling people it wasn’t, so there would be more for them to have.

@MatthewH What, no! So you tricked them into eating bugs?

(I say suspiciously, though I would not have eaten them.)

@Lauren The bugs were added as toppings to regular food, and cricket flour was used in the cookies. They knew, and were more adventurous than me.

@MatthewH Okay, so you'd probably have convinced me to be adventurous as well. I'm glad you had such a wonderful evening.

@MatthewH I have a friend who has a cricket ranch in Thailand. We love to make jokes about cricket wrangling, tiny little ropes and branding. Lol. They are made into cricket flour.

I think in part is was because I had a haircut and beard trim, and was feeling good about myself.

@MatthewH so why do you think it won't happen again for awhile.? Did your hair grow back already? Only kidding you...
