It snowed this morning, which reminded me I still had lettuce in the greenhouse (I’ve been busy getting ready to move and forgot about it). Small harvest, but still! I harvested lettuce! In November! In Alaska!

It’s not much of a greenhouse! Not heated or anything which is why the snow was a reminder to make sure my lettuce hadn’t frozen to death.
A quick, fresh and tasty meal. And it didn't take a week to get there.
