If you are covering it in plastic and it is still as warm with you as you say. It will be best to get the plastic on as soon as possible since it stretches and goes on far better when the weather is warm, and it then tightens as it cools.
I may use cheaper covering for spring and replace with that row cover stuff for summer and replace with real UV plastic in the Fall. I have the real stuff on my other hoop house.
@farmboy2017 Sounds like a good plan.
It looks terrific!
What are the dimensions? length, height and width?
10 x 20 feet and about 7 1/5 feet tall. Made from 1 inch pvc electrical conduit.
Looks like some plants will be sitting pretty this winter.☺
I'm still sleeping with the windows open. I may have wasted my time! It's been abnormally warm this winter even though it's snowed twice????
@farmboy2017 What do you plan to plant? With a cover it can help keep some things cool in summer, too.
@WarmFluffy I have no idea of what I'll plant, yet. I may use a shade cloth or replace the plastic with breathable row cover material.
You're very good. . you did all that yourself? Is that a greenhouse?
Yup. I made it all by myself with help from YouTube, haha. Yes it's a greenhouse.
It's really looking awesome!
Thanks!
