I am starting many new garden projects, but Gloria here is a well seasoned old gal. Started this one about 6 or 7 years ago. She's gone on many moves with me over the years. Bout time to give her a quarter turn so she doesn't end up with lopsided locks.

What is she ?

Gloria is an old aquarium rock set in a base from a pot for house plants covered in layers of dirt from the different places we have lived, and different sedums and such that I have gathered along the way. Mostly she has this bright green one that (in this case) grows thin ropes with fairly evenly spaced leaves that grow yellow star flowers near the end of summer. (In my other garden I have it between bricks and stones in a path and it grows darker and more compact, almost no rope). Also a but of jelly Bean sedum and this dusty looking one that is either green, blueish, or burgundy, or some mix of those, depending on what it's growing in.

Is that a Jade plant? I can't see it to well on my phone.

@Alvinsmama I'm kind of thinking sedum , too .

No, sedums and moss and such.?
