Starting tomatoes indoors. 6 weeks or so until I Can put them outdoors.
My seed trays are on the patio to take advantage of the heat from the concrete, we will probably get one more freeze, so I'm not taking any chances.
Smart guy.
Was there suppose to be a pic... I feel cheated cause I absolutely love tomatoes...
Um. I can post a picture. Just little pots in trays.
Standby.
Nothing sprouting for at least another 12 days or so. I need to start a tray of Basil today.
@bigpawbullets OK... I'll take a look in twelve days....
@Cutiebeauty
If the cats see you peeking through the window they might tell the dog.
I'll most likely seed a starter tray this evening. Heirloom Brandywines!
@sweetcharlotte As I understand heirloom varieties, they are not bred for uniformity like the hybrid varieties we find at the store. That's the quick answer.
Those are great eating 'maters!!
I'm jealous. I can't start indoors, not enough natural light and cats. No place to put them to keep the cats away.
Yeah. The "boys" are gardeners here. Usually a Cat vs Hooman battle.
Posted by FernappleIts that season again, blue sky and golden leaves, nature is the greatest designer, a Ginkgo in my garden. Also posted in photography.
