It's been 2-3 months since the avocados set, now many are 3.5" long. 2 months to go, with any luck though they are at their best in October. (We use them from Aug to Dec in a good year).

Redbud Trees and Dogwoods are native here in Oklahoma and they are everywhere. Most are kind of scrappy and tucked under other trees but if planted in the open they can be very beautiful. They are some of my favorites in a lawn or garden.
