A bidet (pronounced buh-day) is a basin used for cleaning yourself after using the bathroom. Bidets are common in Europe, Asia, and South America, so if you've ever traveled internationally, you've probably seen one.
Also spelled biday....☺ but i think thats a product name...

Except in that variety of spray the water comes out in a circular pattern at about 45° thus only washing your knee caps down.
Indiegogo recently had a pen sized portable douching/bidet device at silly price on offer.
