Good catch.
I always thought that should be Harper's BIZARRE. neither of those outfits seem very tasteful to me, except if you are going to a drump party,where ridiculous excess is normal...
@AnneWimsey me too. I can foresee no situation where I would be comfortable wearing any of her designs. Not even the glasses!
