Only three more days of rain in Oklahoma and I would have been ready to build an ark. My walkway into the lake is on the verge of being covered with water. It's happened before and after it went down I realized I missed an opportunity of having a picture of me walking on water. That means the walkway will never be covered again in my lifetime.

We had a big rainstorm last night and our street got flooded. I saw some kids floating little boats down the gutter.

And yet the Earth HAS gone epochs where the surface was covered with ice and sometimes a great deal less land showing through the water than now.
