Do you mean tragedy? Or this strategy is for the wealthy to gain record profits And to kill the poor, plus the smaller guy business competition which is the worst strategy for humanity, I've ever experienced in my lifetime.

@Castlepaloma A strategy to successfully vaccinate the world population against disease would be the exact opposite of those effects. Small business (which has been declining for decades, by the way) was hurt by the pandemic, not by vaccines.
