Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I have several strands of colorful lights that I string around my bedroom during holidays, since that's the room I spend the most time in. I can change colors or set them to flicker with a click of a button. Cool! But, crazy thing is that the light string remote seems to be on the same frequency as my TV remote, so every time I mute a commercial or change channels, the lights change color too, or start flickering. It's frustrating, but they do add a romantic aura to the room. No more boyfriends for me, it's just me, myself and I to be both gladdened and maddened by these lights, haha!

I'm not into the "reason for the season" BS but I still enjoy this time of year with the colorful lights, parties, concerts, foods, etc . . . had an early dusting of snow last night to I turned my outdoor lights on for an hour. Looked pretty good
@bookofmorons Axial tilt is the "reason for the season" as I proudly wear on my T-Shirt, as I go out and about during the holidays, haha! Even in Hawaii, it gets dark at 6pm, we need the colorful lights, music and comfort food!
@Julie808 yep . Same things for me - it's about being with friends and family and enjoying another spin around the sun
