I want the Kohl's here to implode. The road leading up to it is 35, Kohl's shoppers drive 20 (no passing) they stomp on the brakes to go down a short hill and again to go around a curve. I have done 70 down this hill and around this curve, I know you don't need to drive 20 and stomp on the brakes. Just another reason not to support Kohl's
