Both are bad but take the second choice if you have to. A mansion (or 5) with a guaranteed 10% income (tithe) is not bad. You could always diversify and sell them expensive water that's holy in some way. I would suggest not owning more than 30 luxury cars, 5 jets, and 3 yachts at once because it attracts memes from those nasty atheists.
