@MissKathleen But if it's not fertilized, like most retail eggs, it's not viable, correct?
Flax/Chia egg replacement and plant based milks can be substituted. It would be nice to see a GF and vegan mix, though.

@MissKathleen Corn meal is GF and almost any kind of GF flour can be used. Bob's Red Mill has a GF flour that says it can replace normal flours 1 - 1. One problem, for me are the eggs. My last test showed there is a small reaction so I use other things. Chia/Flax seeds ground and set in warm water work well. I just made some GF/vegan oatmeal raisin cookies that were just like regular cookies.

My eggs are all fertilized AND they are delicious!!!

We made a trip to Viet Nam a couple of years ago and the bid treat was fertilized eggs that actually had almost become a chick. It's called Balut. Watch if you have the stomach.
@JackPedigo 18days if I am not mistaken. Crazy delicasse. I would probably tried if I am visiting a country that has as its culture , but not here at my own free will
