no food regulations , the shit we eat really doesn't classify as food
@metalhead222 I'm not sure what you're suggesting - but I think too many live with the "myth" that "going to the gym" will, as the sign says, make you "just ugly" ...it's clever/cute...but it's not the working out that changes your fitness, it's the diet changes. We've been programmed since before we could walk and talk to eat when we're stressed....no wonder it's such a hard habit to break.
Exercise has very little to do with weight loss. It's about what you put in your mouth!
