We all used it all the time. It was a game to make that gesture somewhere down low and if someone looked at it, you got to punch them in the arm. Yeah, dumb, not definitely not a white power thing.

Isn't it also I thinks it's called the circle game. A person does that gesture, whoever looks at it gets punched.
