Sorry, sir; there's only two simple explanations;
- Doctor(s) made a mistake...you're not sterile
- You misjudged your wife's fidelity...someone else made her pregnant.
DNA testing once the child or fetus can be tested will confirm #1 or #2.
If it was some-one else you can sue them to hold them responsible for the upbringing of the child. Test the pool boy, the milk man, and any other suspects.
