When someone starts quoting Ayn Rand... I usually quote Dr. Seuss back at them because I want to be able to communicate with them on their level..

Lord of the Rings Trilogy is a lot more than what people think. Yes, it is fantasy genre but has some deeper story lines if one looks into it more.

Actually Tolkien denied any deeper meaning. We found one anyway.
Good one, Eric! I did enjoy "Atlas Shrugged" as a novel when I was 14 or so, but even then picked it apart. I found much more emotional depth in LOTR & it made better movies!
