@EyesThatSmile I won't try it..but I found Ginger flavored smoked chicken (jerky) at Publix.....almost pure protein...and salt...
@EyesThatSmile it's not the taste, it's the diarrhoea and hours sitting (with or without the "h" ) on the throne after eating that is the problem,

Chicken has a reputation - like pork did decades ago - of being loaded with bacteria and other "infectious" organisms.
It turns out that if you're careful - as you should be...and how Seafood sashimi and sushi preparers often are - that chicken, too, can be enjoyed uncooked.
@Robecology All meat is pretty loaded as is your own skin.
I remember how after having gutted 3 dozen chooks when working at the local butcher employing me, the bacteria etc. breathed in took three days to clear through my system.
How did I know - prior to gutting operation others could use the toilets after my defecation - after you did not dare go in let alone light a cigarette!
Chicken sushi? No thanks
