I just returned from a quick trip to Las Vegas, since I am most active in this group, I thought I would share my joy here first. I was reluctant to make a trip in August to the desert just to pick up my cruise voucher, but after talking to the cruise reps after I got the voucher, I was glad i did. I have pretty much decided on a 6 or 7 night cruise to the Bahamas, probably in January (great time to leave Dallas). The cruise is for 2, but I can go by myself if I want. I did win a little cash judged by cash in my wallet on leaving Vegas. I finally stopped by Walnut Canyon on the way back and saw the ruins there.
Just wanted to share.
