I lived in a Dorm they used as an example in Civil Engineering to point out how NOT to build a structure.
They had to remove the lobby doors because the headers bowed (19 stories tall).
It was so exciting when they had to remove and replace bricks too.... Bricks zipping past the windows in buckets.
