How can he comment on your post if he has you blocked? Doesn't that prevent him from seeing your posts?
@skado No the only thing it does is prevent me from seeing his as long as the site knows who I am. I run Firefox so I can see him if I open the post in a new private window.... Most people are completely ignorant of how websites work unless they studied it like I have.

I understand there are workarounds for "seeing" a person's posts who has blocked you, but how is he able to post a comment to your thread in his name if his account has you blocked?
@skado As I stated he has me block I do NOT have him blocked.... The "rules" of this website allow him to see or comment on my posts while his remain invisible to me....

Why am I not able to comment on posts by people who have blocked me? When I search for their profile it says “not available” but I know they are still active because I see other people responding to them, as you saw me responding to Robecology here.
@skado Because THEY blocked you.... If YOU had blocked them instead you could see and comment on their posts....
Oh, OK. I see. Thanks. I guess the reason I didn't know that is because I've never blocked anyone. I assumed blocking went both ways. Seems like if they didn't want you to see them, they also wouldn't want to see you. In fact, I thought that was the main reason people blocked people - because they didn't want to see them any more. So... the people who have blocked me can still see everything I post?
